Nitin B Vyakaranam

Nitin Vyakaranam is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ArthaYantra Solutions. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Nitin heads Financial Research and Business Development, and manages the overall business strategy at ArthaYantra. His rich experience of working for more than 13 years in sectors such as Banking, Private Equity, IT product development and Multilateral Financial Institutions brings in versatility of thought and functioning to the organization. Nitin also brings to the fore his expertise of working in different functions in an organization. His exposure to working in US, India, Middle East and Europe is   manifested in the open work culture driven by a strong value system.

Nitin is also a founding trustee of the ISB Endowment Fund. He completed PGDM in Analytical Finance and Leadership from Indian School of Business (ISB) and holds an MS degree in electrical engineering from Northern Illinois University (NIU), Illinois.

As the Chairman of the Board, Ravi advises the overall Investment Management and Strategy at ArthaYantra. Based in the US, he is the Managing Director of WFA Global Investments, which provided seed funding to ArthaYantra. Ravi utilizes his two decades of global experience in finance and leadership skills to focus on developing and mentoring innovative firms, especially in emerging markets. Prior to this, Ravi was a Managing Director at UBS, after working as a Managing Director at AIG, particularly in various senior management roles for more than a decade. During his long productive career in the global capital markets, he also worked with Sun Life and Morgan Stanley.

Ravi has an undergraduate degree from IIT-Kanpur and holds PhD in Statistical Physics. While a post-doctoral fellow, he was exposed to Computational Finance at Carnegie Mellon University, which led to his entering the financial industry. Ravi also has the distinction of being an alumnus of the Wharton School and is a CFA charter holder.
