Nitin B Vyakaranam

Nitin Vyakaranam is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ArthaYantra Solutions. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Nitin heads Financial Research and Business Development, and manages the overall business strategy at ArthaYantra. His rich experience of working for more than 13 years in sectors such as Banking, Private Equity, IT product development and Multilateral Financial Institutions brings in versatility of thought and functioning to the organization. Nitin also brings to the fore his expertise of working in different functions in an organization. His exposure to working in US, India, Middle East and Europe is   manifested in the open work culture driven by a strong value system.

Nitin is also a founding trustee of the ISB Endowment Fund. He completed PGDM in Analytical Finance and Leadership from Indian School of Business (ISB) and holds an MS degree in electrical engineering from Northern Illinois University (NIU), Illinois.

Sunil Lingareddy

Sunil Lingareddy is the co- founder and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ArthaYantra Solutions. As CFO, he manages the Finances and Operations at ArthaYantra. Sunil brings in managerial proficiency as he is backed by more than 14 years of experience in managing various family businesses with interests in Pharmaceuticals, Infrastructure, Energy and Real Estate. He is a Member of the Board of Management of Saraca Labs and Coramandel Infrastructure. He has the credit of being mentor to various companies as well as being instrumental in improving their operational efficiency.

Sunil Lingareddy holds an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a BE in Chemical Engineering from NIT (Warangal).

Rita Diwan

Rita Diwan heads the technology team of ArthaYantra Solutions and manages the development of Proprietary Technology products. Rita Diwan has 12 years of experience in software product development, management and testing. Prior to ArthaYantra , Rita Diwan worked in leading product companies such as Oracle Corp, Extricity, Oracle India, etc. in Silicon Valley and India. She has extensive experience in leading diverse product engineering teams and has to her recognition developed multiple software products for industries such as Finance, Supply Chain Management and Consumer Goods.

Rita holds an MS from Indiana University, Bloomington, USA and BE from Cumins College of Engineering, Pune.

Prashant Jain

As Director Marketing, Prashant spearheads marketing and business development activities at ArthaYantra. He has progressive managerial experience in marketing, sales, business development and strategy functions and has worked with top media MNCs like Star TV, Reliance BIG Entertainment and BIG CBS Networks. As marketing head, he led the launch of 3 CBS TV channels in Indian Subcontinent .

Prashant is an alumnus of Indian School of Business (ISB) and Mudra Institute of Communications Ahmedabad (MICA).

 

Harish Navuluru

 

Harish heads the critical Human Resources function at ArthaYantra.He comes with more than 15+ years of experience in the IT/ITES industry and manages the policy formulation, implementation, Organization Development, Retention based Recruitment, Compensation Management,Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Statutory Compliance apart from being an integral part in the growth of ArthaYantra in its future endeavors. He comes with a verifiable pedigree of having worked with companies like Deloitte, ADP, i-Vantage, etc. He is responsible for developing the single largest US Tax Practice across the globe for any Big 4 firms worldwide at Hyderabad. He is a Thomas Certified Public Profile Administrator and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Andhra University.
